What We Ask
VACCINE RECORDS
At Imperium Grooming Pet Spa, the health and safety of every pet in our care is our top priority. In accordance with NYC Department of Health guidelines, all pets must have up-to-date vaccination records.
We require the following:
• Rabies (mandatory)
• DHPP / DAPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
A signed Rabies certificate and full vaccination summary must be provided prior to your appointment.
